Description:
The RF System director is responsible to coordinate the multiple high frequency activities required for product development, characterization and evaluation. The candidate will coordinate the development and implementation of RF systems, coordinate the fabrication and assembly of printed circuit boards and manage the RF laboratory and product certification. The RF System director will work close together with system engineers to realize complex PCB structures at RF and microwave frequencies.
The candidate will evaluate together with the system design team and mechanical engineers the best approach to realize the company products.
Responsibilities:
Manage the RF and antenna testing facilities
System level RF modeling of the company products
Assure the compliance and EM compatibility of the products against the certification entities
Schematic design using modern PCB EDA tools
Electromagnetic modeling and simulation of PCBs and passive components
Coordinate the BoM and logistics with PCB assembly houses and the PCB manufacturing process
Ensure that the products are delivered in time
Requirements:
Electrical engineering degree with emphasis in electromagnetics, antenna and RF systems
10+ years of experience in the RF PCB design (Altium, Alegro, Orcad) at RF and microwave frequencies using state of the EDA tools for PCB design
Experience in Keysight ADS tool for RF system development
Solid experience in EM modeling and simulations
Experience working in the RF domain with wireless communication standards and compliance tests
Outstanding coordination skills as well as ability to work independently
Outstanding personal and communication skills
Knowledge of python language
Fluent in Hindi and English
